- Returns or refunds will not be processed for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.
2. Process for Returns

- Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the instructions for sending the item back.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Certain items, such as custom-made products, sale items, or gift cards, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this time, the order will be processed, and you will need to follow the return policy for any changes.
7. Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
